Meeting Schedule
WVPTO meetings are typically held the 2nd Tuesday of each month during the school year. Meetings are currently held virtually on Google Meet, starting at 6:30pm unless otherwise noted. We try to limit the meeting time to no more than 2 hours.
The Google Meet link is posted on the Konstella calendar. If you are not signed into a Google Account, you will be asked to provide your name when joining the meeting. Please specify your full first and last name so that we can grant access. All West Valley parents/caregivers and staff members are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Committee Leads are encouraged to submit items to present at the WVPTO meetings prior to scheduled events or as needed. Please provide details of your request to the WVPTO Board at [email protected] at least 5 days in advance of the scheduled meeting to add new business to the agenda.
Meeting minutes are posted in a folder linked on Konstella once finalized and approved.
